Health – A Matter of Definition?

When you want to be healthy, in most cases, you want to remove the symptoms of discomfort. Anything that disrupts your daily routine makes you feel "unhealthy" in your own eyes and in the eyes of those around you. However, the pertinent question is: Is a person who is not sick necessarily a healthy person?

In most cases, when we learn something new, we are required to relate that subject to ourselves. To find mental and emotional points of identification in order to make the subject part of our memory, and then part of our identity, so it won't be forgotten.

In contrast, health demands the exact opposite from us. It asks us to release our identification with that subject and allow the unwanted energy to be released from us. Not to remove the illness, but to import well-being.

Removing illness requires us to confront dense and challenging situations. Health, on the other hand, asks us for a deeper exploration. A way of life where we find our way back to ourselves and adopt tools from our environment that support who we are energetically.

In most cases, people adopt energetic tools believing that the outcome will change their health status. However, one's health status is a kind of physical request to adopt a new approach. An approach where the world is the center of gravity, and you choose how to synchronize with it.

Where do you find your health?
