Responsibility - Is it part of our journey, or are we part of its journey?

Our soul asks us to manage our lives. Financial difficulties compel us to change the way we live, and this is the clearest example that the lesson of management is one of the most practical lessons on the soul's journey. Even before the management lesson leads to financial difficulties, which demand a drastic change in management from the current situation, it also manifests in relationships, emotional challenges, and the urgency of your need for change. In all these situations, responsibility is required – meaning the extent of your involvement at every stage of the process you initiate. It's important to shatter the myth: the more involved you are, doesn't necessarily mean you are more responsible. The reason for this is that excessive involvement is control. In contrast, involvement in the parts you are going to manage after the process you initiate is complete is essential for expressing responsibility. People use responsibility to demonstrate two things:
    1. That they need help and therefore cannot take full responsibility – this is where the fear of asking for help comes into play, as an early expression of irresponsibility will lead to a situation where responsible people who love you will not let the situation escalate and will take responsibility on your behalf. This is a subtle request for help.
    2. That they are loved unconditionally – think about how much you love people who take on excessive responsibility. They are there to help you with whatever you need and never ask for anything in return. They 'exhaust themselves safely,' because if they run out of energy, they conclude that all the people they helped will be there to help them in return, and therefore they feel safe not to consider their own energy.
Most people try to increase their level of responsibility in their lives out of necessity. They force themselves to represent what they want in terms of values and image. In contrast, responsibility is involvement. The more ways you find to increase your level of influence, initiative, and involvement in your life, the more you will understand commitment within boundaries and be able to be more responsible.
