Every session has a receptor, the point of contact through which the energy of the change reaches you. The people who receive the most are the ones who stay active with it, and the session is built around that.

A few lines are enough. The details reach me straight away, and I write to you on WhatsApp to set the day.
Your receptor is prepared
For a remote session it can be a metal or a crystal I send you, or a text for you to read aloud. In person, it is part of the session itself.
The session
I work with energetic magnets from a distance, or physical magnets in person, while you stay present with the receptor and tune in to receive.
What stays with you after
Depending on what came up: a written description, a recording, guidance for the days after, a practice, sometimes a physical structure or a message from the soul.
