Are You Creating Your Memories, Or Are You Simply Collecting Them?

Memory is one of the most accessible tools for healing. Through memory, we can recreate emotional, sensory, and mental experiences, allowing them to happen again and again. Each of us can recall a situation where the very act of remembering it makes us feel better. Can you think of a memory that heals you just by recalling it? A memory that fills your body with joy? This happens because your body, in that moment, is immersed in that memory. While you know it happened in the past, your body receives signals from your brain as if you are there right now. If you are a sensitive person, your sensory experience can easily connect there too. The more you practice this experience, the easier it becomes to connect to that place. To that place where you felt the world smiling at you. Healing is not the cancellation of symptoms, but a connection to a new reality. If you choose to connect to a place whose vibration expands your heart, everything else within it truly doesn't matter. You are reclaiming the most ancient right in any authentic healing method: the right to choose for yourself what to feel. The opposite of memory is gratification. Because sometimes, instead of choosing what to feel, we become dependent on outcomes and think to ourselves: what should we feel to lead us to the desired result? You don't have to be subject to the fate of your inner voices, just as you don't entrust your free will to others. Ultimately, the essence of healing through memory is the understanding: you have the right to choose what to feel, and it heals every difficulty. Even if the healing hasn't yet received words and definitions, and hasn't yet entered your conscious awareness.

    Wait, it will come.

Are you using memory for healing?
