Blind Love – Can Our Love for Ourselves and Our Loved Ones Blind Us to Reality?

How many times have you heard, or perhaps even used yourself, the phrase, “If I feel expansion, it means it's true”? Emotion is inherently a compass for growth, but what happens when this compass is actually the mind's way of distancing you from self-realization?

A person is composed of an innate emotional system, the Heart, and two acquired emotional systems: the Mind and the Ego. In most cases, people don't know how to differentiate when they are feeling from the Ego or the Mind, and when they are feeling from the Heart. The difference lies in the subtleties of lack. There are certain emotions based on two fundamental assumptions:
    1. Resources are limited.
    2. There is competition for resources, and one must strive to obtain them.

Acquired emotions like guilt, shame, expectation, disappointment, and even pity cast doubt on one person's power over another. They assume that some can do more and some less, and that each of you depends on the external environment to elevate your level of ability. Let's take the example of the feeling of satisfaction. If you feel satisfied, it means you had a lack in one place that you filled through a lack in another. You are very pleased after satisfaction. On the other hand, this pleasure can precisely fill the lack that was there. In this way, you are on the same scale, lack and abundance, which creates lack in another place and then abundance again. Instead of accessing places that have exactly what you need at the moment you need it. If you feel something, check if this emotion is based on lack, so that your Mind and Ego don't replace your Heart without you seriously considering it. The Mind and Ego are acquired systems born between the ages of 5-10, when you discovered that people truly believe resources are limited and there is competition for them.

At that moment, your Heart, which until then was a soul's heart, could not contain it and split its emotional system into two parts. Emotion in lack – Mind, which contains all acquired emotions like guilt, shame, and more... And conversely, intellect in lack – Ego, which explains why your intellect cannot solve a particular problem in terms of self-worth, criticism, and judgment (these are also acquired).

If you choose to separate your authentic emotion, you will discover a personal emotion. In addition to the range of emotions we know, every person also has a personal emotion. An emotion that only they know how to feel, because this emotion is built to guide them to their authentic desire. Can you create a table that separates the emotions of your Heart from the emotions of your Mind and Ego? You are welcome to send it to me or comment here in the replies, to get to know a new layer of clarity within you.
