Invisible Distress- Most of the time, we don't even know we need help.

In most cases, symptoms point to the distress. Pain, frustration, difficulty managing daily life, these clearly show where the distress manifests and allow us to address it. Some people will try to eliminate their symptoms and call this elimination 'healing.' In contrast, others will adapt themselves to 'live with it' and resign themselves to the symptoms. Thus, the symptoms will seemingly be 'healed,' while the underlying problem continues to grow.

All the ways in which the problem manifested were 'silenced' through temporary solutions. But the prolonged time it takes for people to connect the problem to its new symptoms and the new form it will take is what will cause it to escalate. These invisible distresses are called the 'Error Space,' and we can give them two types of definitions to identify them:

    1. The Error Space is the period from the moment we identify a disruption in the life we desire until we address the root cause, not just the symptoms it includes. In other words, the period from identification to root-level healing.

    2. The Error Space is the time it takes for you to release your identification with what is happening to you as part of your personal character. If you can't answer the question, Who would you be without the _________? (On the line, you can fill in a problem/symptom/disruption or anything that disrupts your way of life). You are in the Error Space of that issue.

Releasing yourself from the Error Space is a matter of decision: What role do pain and suffering play in your life?
Do you need contraction to deal with your problems?

The moment you decide to look for the areas that require change, without pain driving you to change, you do not enter the Error Space and do not escalate your challenges.

How does the Error Space manifest in your life? Write to me in the comments.
